Mark Weber, CFP®, CFA® President & Founder

Mark is a skilled and practiced professional with more than two decades of experience in the wealth management industry. After honing his skills at Great Falls Financial Services & c5 Wealth Management from 2001 to 2013, he spent six years at United Capital as a wealth manager and managing director, and four years as a vice president at Goldman Sachs PFM. In 2023, Mark co-founded the independent firm DecisionMap Wealth Management with Paul Bennett, where they diligently serve clients today.

Early in his career, in the wake of the dot-com bubble, Mark was inspired to provide a more holistic impact on the clients he served. “It provided an important lesson that investments are only one piece of the puzzle,” says Mark. “I wanted to understand the full picture of how clients want to live their lives and help them design a roadmap to achieve it.”

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in biology from James Madison University and a master’s in financial services from the American College of Financial Services. He became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional in 2003 and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation in 2011.

When not at the office, Mark enjoys international travel and outdoor adventures such as hiking and kayaking with his family and their goldendoodle, Sonny.
